It says it is the fastest-growing politics and culture title in Britain. And today it has announced that it is relaunching with a new title, the New World. In an article explaining why, Matt Kelly, its editor-in-chief, says this is not because the Brexit era is over; quite the opposite, he argues.

They have a point, Brexit was just the start of this, not that the Press will say that. It's a slow global fascist coup and it's winning at the moment because most political leaders in the West refuse to acknowledge it, or are in on it.

I read a newspaper, an actual paper Newspaper last night, not by accident, for the first time in at least 15 years last night. It felt mindful, healthy. An absolute equivalency to listening to a vinyl album. It felt nice. #TheNewEuropean if you’re wondering. Weekly not daily, which in 2024 feels 👍🏻

Looking for a copy of #BylineTimes in my local Sainsbury's, but noticed that the #TheNewEuropean had been turned over to hide the cover. Put that right by placing a copy over the Daily Mails on the rack.
