Me ha sorprendido mucho #TheNewLook en Apple TV. No es solo moda; es una gran historia de supervivencia y tensión en el París ocupado. El elenco (¡y menudo elenco!) está soberbio (Dior vs. Chanel).

I’m watching #TheNewLook about the revival of French couture after WWII and find it extremely difficult to watch the Nazi scenes given what’s going on in the US. The brutal reprisals against collaborators are almost as bad and underscore the moral & practical importance of staying on the right side.

Watching #TheKing, so great. Wonderful performances and fine atmospheric cinematography. #Netflix #HenryV (Need to binge the Olivier and Branagh versions again…then rewatch #OutlawKing.) Mendelsohn is terrific too in a completely different role from his Dior character in #TheNewLook.
