This ~2 week vacay has been my own yoga retreat. I don’t feel a minute guilty about peacing out on the chaos back home. I’m feeling that combo of centered and detached, ready for whatever comes next. All this exterior world is just noise. The kingdom of heaven is within. #theresistanceisstrong
