I’m trying to retrain my attention span by listening to an album from start to finish, in the right order. No shuffling, no skipping. It's grounding.

My capsule wardrobe and I are conscientiously objecting. The most radical act you can commit this weekend is to buy absolutely nothing and be content with what you already have.

The rest of the world is rushing to work, and I am just... drinking tea and enjoying the quiet.
