She goes in her alternative form by either tearing off her skin or molting.
Notiana in her monster form (aka true form) A bug centipede, amphibious-like monster with multiple eyes and six limbs and a tail with frills on the end. She has hot pink translucent, jello-like cyst on her back and on the stomach with red and black splotches, including in her head to resemble her 'hairstyle' in qoute. She has mandibles and wormy like tongue. She can vary in size, either from 9 ft. or even taller as a size of a kaiju. Her bodg grows longer, adding extra back limbs. Can be cut but it regrows back. There are times she goes in her grub form from exploding.

A caucasian store employee is wearing a uniform, which is a red vest and a yellow T-shirt. The progression of the timeline shows him first looking bored and tired but then completely normal. Then in phase two, his sclera turns back and his pupils become a hot reddish-pink. His skin is slowly greying out and his nose starts to bleed. In phase three, his skin turns like a concrete great, and pinkish veins start appearing from his skin as his eyes leak the same colored substance. He's arching back with a dark shading over one side of his face as red tendrils burst out from his back.
A group of people with pale white skin, no matter their race and ethnicity, all wearing black suits and ties with red collar shirts. Their demeanor is all of them smiling in such a forced and uncomfortable look that can make someone uneased, as if threatening. On the corner of the page, one of the human resources person's body began to turn corrupt, red veins all over its body including the suit and multiple red eyes appear on its face. Another human resources member is a lady with her eye misaligned, her pupils on one of her eyes looking downwards. She commented, "Oh, just ignore that!" as she smiled eagerly.
