His character was very interesting, mysterious, a little ambivalent and he had great chemistry with #WangXingYue

As far as the final arc of #GenerationToGeneration is concerned, I had a similar reaction to the mastermind reveal in #TheWantedDetective - in that I was hoping it would be someone else
However, I’m glad that after a lot of angst (!), we finally got a happy ending! 😊

What other dramas are like #RipeTown? It’s difficult for me to say because I haven’t seen it - but according to MDL other similar dramas include #TheWantedDetective (which I have seen & very much liked), #StrangeTalesofTangDynasty (which I’ve seen bits of & liked what I saw), & #KillMySins

As you say, the 1st case wraps up in ep 4. I’m just starting ep 5 now, & it feels as though all the cases do connect to the central mystery, so that makes me feel more excited by it
#WangXingYue and this drama reminds me a little of #TheWantedDetective but at least he's not poisoned so far😉 there are posters for each case released. Did you see them? The first case goes until ep4... I can't say how it goes after that but I liked it so far...

I wasn’t a fan of the twist towards the end of #TheWantedDetective, but I thoroughly enjoyed it up to that point - I wish the writers had given Julia Xiang a stronger role, but Wang Xingyue took to his character very easily, & the set designs & locations were visually stimulating!
