CHRONICIES OF THE EMISSARY
Illustrated by shmz

DAY 0
The screams never cease. My brethren, my beloved people, all of them plead for mercy. The selfsame hands that had once created the most beautiful of creatures, now unwillingly wreak havoc wheresoever they go. The embers that once warmed our homes, now leave naught but ash in their wake. Our worst nightmares made manifest before our eyes.

A painted illustration of a tall cloaked and hooded man addressing a smaller man in a hood, with a lush planet in the background.

Text reads:

As long as he and Hydaelyn exist, so too must I. Until our home is restored, until our star is whole once more, I cannot rest.
I cannot look upon him again. I will ignore him, and his wretched tower. Thus will I stay on my true course.

Countless years pass on the moon, but the Emissary finds no peace. All he knows is that he is Elidibus.

THE TRAVELLER'S TALE
illustrated by nylilcosmos

ONCE UPON A TIME, there was a lone traveller.

A stranger to the people of Norvrandt, none among them knew that they would one day owe this traveller far more than their lives.
There had been whispers of him arriving from someplace in the East, but as with any warrior, we may never know from whence he truly came.

Our hero's tale begins in the lush forests of Rak'tika. Beneath its bountiful boughs, the traveller wandered with neither path nor destina-tion. Little did he know, his legs would lead him afoul of the protective Viis.

A fairy tale style illustration of a hooded man from behind, showing him with large yellow wings and yellow stars.

Text reads: The Nu Mou soon rejoined the traveller. At the Nu Mou's side was a pale white fox, with a tail so soft and large that it cast a shadow behind the creature.
"We thought and thought, and at last decided that a familiar of your own would serve you best, dear traveller. May it remain ever at your side." The Nu Mou said.
"Thank you, my friend." The traveller said kindly, kneeling to ruffle the ethereal fox's fur. "And now I shall prepare for my departure ere the night settles."

🦋✨The Traveller’s Tale✨🦋

The people of Norvrandt share many tales, but listen closely, and you’ll hear children and fae alike recounting the tale of the Warrior of Light.
