Frank Drebin from the not-so-much-of-a-hit TV shot Police Squad!. He's pointing his gun and flashing his badge to the right (probably V1 when I complete it) I'm REALLY not good at drawing humans since typically I don't draw humans because I think non-human creatures are more fun to draw and design. He looks like a politician, which is evil and malicious, but maybe the badge and gun save it? Idk. I'm trying to pump these out more regularly, since I really do hope to finish this project within the next year. I don't reckon the final piece will gain much attention to where every pixel is analyzed and criticized, so I think at least doing an alright job should satiate my hunger
