"Tallest residential" skyscraper in Atlanta under construction The 1072 West Peachtree skyscraper designed by TVS is under construction in Atlanta and is set to be the city's "tallest building in over 33 years."

Thanks to our pioneering partner #ThomasConcrete, 80,000+ cubic yards of concrete will be supplied for the #GreenBuilding, expected to open in 2026. Once it tops out at 60-stories tall, it will become Atlanta's tallest building in more than three decades.
