The Grade I Church of St Mary the Virgin, #Throwleigh, is a beautiful example of medieval craftsmanship, with origins dating back to the C13. Rebuilt primarily in the 15th and 16th centuries, its granite ashlar walls, Perpendicular windows, and intricate details reflect the skill of its creators.

Excellent last few days - first a great event with #StephanieAustin to launch her latest book; then a talk at #Throwleigh Church, followed by #CrimeAtTheCoast with #TorquayMuseum and #SouthWestWriters. Lots of attendees, and great fun! Nice view from the car park, too!
