Two chicken fried steak patties each on a hot dog roll with gravy on top, extra black pepper added
@twm1958.bsky.social #TimsFineDining I tried these chicken fried steaks from Hellmart. Cooked in air fryer. Crispy, not bad. Used hot dog buns because that was the oldest bread I had, no current plan for them, rather save fresh potato bread for a ham sandwich. Steaks come with individual gravy.
