It overlooks a river with many leafless brown barren trees, some grass both green and brown patches, and bushes on both sides/banks of the river. The sky is overcast and grey, it is also lightly raining but the raindrops are hard to make out. Over the river is a truss style bridge behind that in the distance there are more brown leafless and barren trees as well as evergreen pine type trees. To the left side of the bridge there appears to be some type of building. In the lower right there is a railed path leading down towards the river.

Beyond the railing there is a drop and there’s a grassy area with multiple trees in the foreground next to the railing. The one of the left side is is brown and branchy but doesn’t have any leaves. It’s branches are covered with moss and lichen. The tree next to it is a taller pine looking tree which is green at the top with evergreen type branches with a brownish grey ish trunk that has lots of bumpy and knotty bits all up and down and around it. By the bottom of the pine tree there are some green bushes and then a cement wall. Above the wall are a row of diagonally parked cars all with windshields and front bumpers facing towards the railing and the restaurant. Behind the cars appear to be one story brick buildings and a light whitish one story building at the end of the block. Across from those buildings and directly behind the trees that are next to the railing but past the open green grassy place there is another older brick building that appears to be two stories high. Only a small portion of that building is in view though because the tree on the left with the branches with moss and lichen on them is mostly blocking it. The sky is grey and it is raining though as with the other shot raindrops are hard to make out.
