というくらいに外国人ランナーの比率が大きくなってました。
3月頭なのに20度近い陽気、熊本城マラソンから2週間経過後に再びフルマラソン、ということを差し引いても、まだまだレベルアップには程遠い。。

✅ Check the forecast the night before
✅ Layer up for the start, but have a plan to shed clothes if it warms up
✅ Wear a disposable poncho if rain is expected
