Steve Darling MP's letter to the Torbay and South Devon NHS Trust

The Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust has put forward proposals to give notice to end the management of adult social care by the Trust on behalf of the local authority.

I have written to the Trust to express serious concerns over these proposals.
