A dear friend of mine - a very famous Barbarian you probably know - is a half-orc with one eye. The loss of the eye isn't exactly disabling, but as a half-orc he gets profiled a lot. Folk assumes he worships Gruumsh One-Eye, but he is a very devout follower of Tempus.
