Our last 'Track Friday' session of the year, 14x300m Paarlauf in freezing but sunny conditions. Hamstring aching gently, reminding me to keep a lid on it. Pleased with 4:30/km pace reps. #running #trackfriday

8am Track Friday - "Single File" session, continuous jog with runners at 20m intervals, last runner sprints to the front and overtakes on the whistle, drops to a jog and so on.
