Sophie Edwards is in career best cycling form - crushing it in the ProVelo Super League and claiming the individual pursuit title on the track.
That’s despite being in the third year of a gruelling medical degree.
It’s a good job she’s comfortable being busy.

I had the absolute pleasure of talking to Kai Sakakibara yesterday about his hopes for the future after making a winning debut at #TrackNats just five years after almost losing his life in a BMX crash.
He’s an inspirational guy and it is going to be exciting to see how he goes.

Five years after his life-threatening BMX crash, he’s back on the bike - this time on the track - and last week became the C1 National kilo champion.
