Finished Stealing Thunder over the weekend!! This was a fast paced, high energy fantasy! It had a bit of insta love-however it fit well with the story & the pacing. Razia was a great character! I loved her love for her sisters โค๏ธ. Her strength in knowing who she is was powerful! #TransRightsReadathon

My friend came over to do some #transrightsreadathon ing together and we spent basically the whole time with him reading terrible excepts from his book and us both giggling over them.
Two books on a wooden deck: Dream the Deep by Clara Ward (Cover image is illustration of octopus-like arms closing around a small mechanical rover.) Us by Sara Soler (cover image is illustration of two women in pink with flowers, eyes closed with their foreheads together.)
I finished two more books for the #TransRightsReadathon yesterday!

I adored this fantasy short story by @rblemberg.bsky.social, about a young refugee trying to survive, setting out to sea for an uncertain future.
A beautiful, melancholy musing on home, belonging & identity.
