Tonight’s dinner! I feel very fortunate to live just 3 miles from #Newlyn — one of the largest #fishing ports in the UK — where this morning the lovely fishmonger at #TrelawneyFish not only sold me this beautiful just-landed pollock but also took skin off fillets for me and ->
