Had to drop my wife at Cardiff Central Station early, so took opportunity to goto a new #parkrun in #tremorfa, a nice flat wide course, figure of 8, round a park and under lovely autumnal trees. Friendly marshals, saw a little black/white cat sitting by a fence waiting to cross into the woodland!

Thrilled with my #Tremorfa #parkrun time this morning: 24.44, which is a course PB for me. Training definitely paying off. Target is now sub 24 in a fast 5k race in 4 weeks time. Thanks to all the core team and volunteers. 🙂👏
