In the end, I got my #TRMNL working, and it is great, but along the way, I got a lesson in COSS value. Their license is cheaper than the new monitor and therapy, that anymore #YAML was going to cause.

So, of course, I am writing an article about the fun.

Had fun making. #trmnl display today. I used an AI API call to build custom images/scenes using my calendar and local weather info in creative ways.

I'm impressed so far.

This stings. A lot. I was really looking forward to my #TRMNL, and I'm sure a lot of other people did as well, but please cancel that order if you can. I wouldn't be able to enjoy it now that I know that the CEO is a MAGA prick.

S týmto mám viac trápenia - pri zmene v kóde celý mashup "zabudne" prepojenie na dáta. Riešenie nemám - len spraviť kópiu pluginu a ten potom spojenia obnoví.

Prerobil som kód, pridal som indikátor kvality vzduchu podľa objemu CO2
Pridávam aj ¼ view pre widgety.

Pôjde z nich ľahko spraviť zobrazovanie najvhodnejšieho dňa pre vynesenie (preplnené kontajnery tesne pred odvozom).
Viem to spraviť len tak, že dáta budú priamo v plugine a len pre vybranú adresu.

takže som oslovil support #trakttv, vyslo najavo, ze clovek na druhej strane ma tiez #trmnl ;-P. Nakoniec sa mi podarilo prelomit barieru volania ich API. Trakt.tv je web na filmy a serialy, takze cosi z toho bude. Chcem napriklad zoznam prichadzajucich veci.

Založil som nový plugin, kde sú dáta statické a už sa iba hrám. Miesto zobrazenia celej tabule vyberiem len aktuálne.

TRMNL veľmi pomáha s volaním API služieb, stačí vyplniť formulár a naučiť sa čo kam vkladám.

Táto obrazovka je len na overenie, že to fakt pracuje.

Plán je vymieňať niektoré čísla za indikátory (napr. hodnoty CO2 bude lepšie ukazovať na "živom" teplomeri asi gauge chart??).

Na toto stačí, resp. je výhodou poznať HTML a potom poznať základné postupy ako to tam odklikať.

Som v stave, že si dokážem navrhnúť vlastnú obrazovku.
Ak sa mi nepáči dizajn pluginu, spravim si vlastný layout a použijem dáta toho pluginu, dokonca dáta z akýchkoľvek pluginov. Na obrazovke skladám z dvoch pluginov.

Ak ovládaš html a spol., ide to strašne rýchlo.

1. kupil som si developer licenciu - v principe je to treba ak chcem robit "fork"

2. fork nejde spraviť z každého pluginu

Dnes som ich zopár vyskúšal. Zameral som sa na to, aby mi počasie zobrazilo slovensky.

Skúmal som iMHD ale to je zložitejšie. Mne by stačil naformátovaný jpg..
