I’ve been a Type One diabetic for about 53 years, got It when I was six so visit an Endocrinologist twice a year to keep things going smoothly.

My new endo has a mini museum in his office and it’s kind of cool. Like the picture below: a bottle of insulin from 1930. 😳

Today was one of those low days mentally and physically, overwhelming emotions and anxiety paired with continued low blood sugars because you don’t have a sensor is so exhausting. So best way to boost mood and sugars is to eat chicken alfredo.
