All this based on the #ReformLies that the #UKCivilService obstructs or prevents change. This sadly encouraged by (mainly #Conservative ) politicians looking for excuses when their policies either didn’t implement fast enough or work as intended. #Trumputin showing how #GovByYesMen works out 🙄
