There is good news from today’s UK spending review. The changes to the Green Book will make it easier to justify investment spending in less productive areas. Very important and overdue.

Without continued UK investment in the #GlobalFund, we risk losing progress on ending #AIDS.

Responding to the Spending Review, we are pleased to see Scotland get a £2.9 billion lift through the Barnett formula.
We all hope that Scottish Govt will use this newfound budget flexibility to earmark every penny of this capital uplift for affordable and social housing.
