A screenshot of the part of the news article from KentOnline of the store Northgate News Convenience Store and Newsagent with its iconic yellow paint, and window vinyls. The lotto sign sits outside the front stor and the lights from the store lights up the dark street clearly infront of it. This is before the council had ordered the owners to paint the front black and to remove its window vinyls.
A screenshot of the part of the news article from KentOnline of the store Northgate News Convenience Store and Newsagent AFTER the front of the store has been painted black. This picture is taken in daylight. The front is painted balck and the yellow awning is now also black. The large empty windows gave what appears to blinds drawn over them. It is unclear if this shop is open or not, though the lotto sign out the front would indicate it is open. The shop, to me, looks more like an office building than a shop, since there are no displays and nothing aside from the writing on the awning of the shops name, and a blue lotto street sign, to suggest in this picture what this is indeed a convenience store and Newsagent.
Is it me or does this convenience store no longer look like a convenience store? ๐ค๐คจ
