Together with #UNTMIS & #EUNAVFOR, we trained 14 Somali maritime officers as #SAR Mission Coordinators. The two-week course strengthens SAR readiness, aligns procedures with IMO standards, embeds human rights & legal frameworks, and enables drafting Somalia’s National SAR Plan. 🇸🇴 🇪🇺
