I will say this issue does make it pretty obvious that Hickman was, by his own admission, surprised the universe would be ending with Endgame. We'll see if the bonus story in Ultimate Universe Finale makes up for that. #USM

MJ expects that being parents will be the hardest thing Peter and her have ever done. She asks Peter to promise that they'll be in this together. Peter promises, and MJ kisses him.
MJ and Peter decide to marry before telling their parents. Peter wishes MJ could have met his parents, but MJ is thankful Peter hasn't met her mom. Peter asks MJ thinks he'll be a good dad, and she says she knows it.

Peter offers to drop out to support MJ, but she doesn't want to force him into anything. Peter fears she's breaking up with him. MJ isn't, but doesn't want to ask him for anything more. Peter says he can ask instead.
Peter affirms that he knew he'd love Mary Jane forever. MJ asks Peter to marry her. Peter teases that he was supposed to ask her, but they both agree that they do want to get married.
God, I love them so much. MJ has every right if she would have wanted to be on her own, and this shows how Peter being presented with fatherhood is just as much of a responsibility as anything else.

In a flashback, MJ shows Peter a positive pregnancy test.
Peter and MJ both say they love each other. Peter asks what he can do, but MJ thinks she could be a great mom. She started school early, so she's in her final year and has a job lined up.
Ooh. I know people were pretty suspicious about how young Peter and MJ would have been when they had Richard, so this explains it. This feels very taboo for Spider-Man, but I can roll with it. #USM
Gwen tells Harry that the city belongs to Mysterio. She will protect Harry and the Parkers, as she now has the Maker's blessing, so long as they do not cross her or the Maker. However, Harry wonders what happens to him and Gwen.
Gwen transforms into Mysterio, reminding Harry that she is only part of the consensus. The Norman AI berates Harry, reminding him of what a disappointment he is.
I mean... Gwen is only a fifth of a person now, so I get it. #USM
Mister Negative forces the Kingpin to jump to his death, but Fisk clings to the ledge. Negative approaches him and keeps commanding him to let go, but Fisk grabs Negative by the ankle, and then lets go.
The Kingpin and Mister Negative fall to their bloody deaths.
And so it ends the only way it could for these two. #USM
Kingpin and Mister Negative recover from their injuries, but Ben reminds us that when you take down one despot, another will take their place. Meanwhile, Harry watches Captain Britain and Mysterio shake hands.
Kingpin and Mister Negative leave. Kingpin has received word that Duggary has replaced him with Mysterio, and he shows Negative a scroll as proof.
I know some people are... unhappy with this ending. If the Ultimate Universe were to continue, this is roughly what I would expect for what would follow. Kingpin is defeated, but Harry - and especially Mysterio - take his place.
But this issue is only halfway over. #USM
