Fact #15: The US has an average work week of 36.1 hours, compared to 32.3 for Canada. That puts the US closer to eastern Europe, Russia, and Brazil while Canada is closer to western Europe, Japan, and Australia.

The above post about WHO membership is Fact #2 in my #USfacts series. This one needed a correction, Niue and the Cook Islands are members. That leaves 2 countries who are not members: Liechtenstein and the US. Liechtenstein has a population of about 36,000, making the WHO membership fees difficult.
