Wausau educator named to UW Board of Regents Wausau Pilot & Review Gov. Tony Evers on Friday appointed Wausau resident Linda Terwilliger to the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents, naming her one of three new members to help guide the state’s higher education system at a pivotal moment.
