💡Lídři Francie a Německa vyzvali EK k přehodnocení pravidel pro chemickou bezpečnost a znečištění městských odpadních vod. Chtějí uvolnit potenciál rozvoje evropského průmyslu a skutečné konkurenceschopnosti.
➡️Evropská komise už přislíbila aktualizaci dopadové studie směrnice #UWWTD.

Směrnice #UWWTD má ambiciózní cíl → čtvrtý stupeň čištění městských odpadních vod zaměřený na odstranění mikropolutantů, třeba zbytků léčiv a kosmetiky.
👉 Farmaceutický a kosmetický sektor má nést min. 80 % nákladů na modernizaci městských ČOV, ale hlavní zdroj znečištění nepochází z výroby léků.

Diabetikům hrozí prudké zdražení klíčového léku. Důvodem je tlak EU na modernizaci čističek vod - Novinky Léky s obsahem metforminu v Česku pravidelně užívají tisíce diabetiků. Tomuto léčivu ale hrozí zdražení o několik stovek korun, v krajním případě může z trhu úplně zmizet. A nejen jemu, problémy hrozí...
