While the bill is on the Senate Floor, 3/5 of the Senators present must vote "Yea" to pass the Unclean Continuing Resolution.

If cloture is invoked, a simple majority must vote affirmatively.

Any Democratic Senator who votes for Cloture is a craven coward.

Vote "no" on cloture. Cloture keeps the threshold at 3/5 of all senators duly chosen and sworn, or 60 of the 100-member Senate.
