given the information atm I’m not convinced reparation can happen without xpap and their whole fam seriously considered adjusting their attitudes bc Cross seems like the kind of guy who will easily walk back into a trauma cycle even knowing it’s bad for him 😔

After all this it felt to me like “the enemy of your enemy is your friend” is their one chance of alliance and it’s irony that can be cut with a knife given xChara and Cross’s history of vitriol and hate for each other (the hating did not stop even in danger😂

The exchange timing with xpap was also like salt on the wound for Cross bc it happened directly after xgaster cohorts forcing him to bend his knees to them reminding him that his body(life) autonomy can be revoked at any time and he is powerless to stop them

Since the xpap dialogue boxes didn’t seem to have wingdings text over it I read those as xpap’s actual real feelings towards Cross (it made sense to me bc he wanted Cross to surrender since day one) and it’s like,….damn sorry Cross that’s harsh man 😔
