Single-Layer QNN for CNOT-Reduced SRBB-Based Unitary Synthesis

SRBB-based QNN achieves exponential CNOT reduction via single-layer approximation for unitary synthesis. Validated on sparse/dense matrices up to 6 qubits with PennyLane and IBM quantum hardware, benchmarked against existing decomposition methods.
