Half of a rib cage with ribs, scapula and clavicle visible. About 300 mm in size from top to bottom. The print still has supports but is complete.
Our backup print, finished on the X1C after many delays.

The base of a 3D print with lines forming grids and pillars. Nothing is recognisable as anything.
The inside of a 3D printer filled with filament and pipes. The printer head is parked in the corner of the printer space.
By know I had both the X1C and Ultimaker 5S going at it in parallel. The U5 knows when you leave it alone and entered the lift to go home for the day. Welcome us with a nice spided impression the next morning.

Half of a rib cage with ribs, scapula and clavicle visible. About 300 mm in size from top to bottom. The top surface looks as if has been cut off in a horizontal plane.
We had our final design for the skeletal part. Which of course failed to print. At the end. No idea why it stopped. Cause we were on a deadline, yes, but not sure how the machine knew that.

Three sets of 3 ribs. Two of the sets has a flat arch inset between the ribs.
In addition to the main system, we had several parallel sub-prints running to work on the diaphragm part of the model. One really small print of the final version, to reduce waiting times.

Half of a rib cage with ribs, scapula and clavicle visible. About 170 mm in size from top to bottom. The scapula has moved slightly.
Half of a rib cage with ribs, scapula and clavicle visible. About 170 mm in size from top to bottom. The scapula has moved slightly to just left of the midline.
The scapula was too far retracted. MeshMixer to move the scapula more anterior where it would be in its proper spot as a landmark. Very difficult (for me) to judge relative positions on the digital mesh. Second attempt was what the doctor ordered.

Half of a rib cage with ribs, scapula and clavicle visible. About 300 mm in size from top to bottom.
The 1:1 model was deemed to small to train new surgeons. Upscaled 183% - the maximum size possible on the Bambu X1C.
