Enforcement against unlicensed activities given top priority – Tiong King Sing
KUALA LUMPUR: The government will focus primarily on enforcement against unlicensed tourism activities that are identified as affecting the industry ecosystem, harming legitimate players and impacting national revenue. Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing said the tourism industry cannot continue to operate with unclear direction and be plagued by imbalances in terms of regulations and unfair enforcement.
