Sigma's head added over the Judge, a black and white sprite of a cat with a disturbing grin of teeth. I think I like the Judge the most out of the characters in Off, not that there is a very wide selection of named characters. Just look at that trustworthy smile.

Belial Sigma's head added over the Secretary. He has a mostly white body with nipple rings, dotted lines over his wrists and ankles with one moving up the center of his body. Belial Sigma's face is charred looking and cracked all over with two huge horns, his left horn made of fire. He has a burst of fire coming out of his right eye. The only real reason I used Belial Sigma for this edit is the Secretary had flames bursting from its eyes, which felt appropriate.
