台灣大入股三年營收翻7倍！停車共享平台USPACE推出全方位出行訂閱Premium服務林之晨：「超5G」戰略告捷，加速移動生態出海；商務長林東閔預告MyVideo將整合進電動車娛樂體驗 作為Taiwan Mobility (智慧移動) 生態系的重要拼圖，台灣大哥大策略投資的停車共享平台USPACE稍早發表了全球首創的USPACE Premium 訂閱服務。 這不僅是一個「停車月租方案」，更是一套整合了機場接送、代駕、洗車，甚至「黑卡禮賓秘書」的全方位出行解決方案。台灣大哥大總經理林之晨指出，自2022年入股USPACE以來，透過集團資源挹注與國際化佈局，USPACE三年內的營收已成長約7倍，顯示雙方在智慧移動領域的合作已從單純的資本投入，邁向深度的服務整合階段。 停車場變身「生活入口」，訂閱制分級玩法 USPACE Premium的核心概念，是將停車場這個剛需場域，轉化為連接各種生活服務的「節點」。服務採分級訂閱制，共分為綠卡、金卡、白金卡與限量黑卡四個等級： • 綠卡 (月費新台幣3680元)：鎖定小資通勤族，提供指定場域每日免費停車時數，以及基礎的機場接送與代駕服務。 • 金卡 / 白金卡 (月費新台幣6980元 / 9980元)：針對商務與家庭客群，增加「停到飽」場域與高階車款接送服務。 • 黑卡 (月費新台幣16800元)：全球限量365位，採邀請制。主打全場域停車無限使用，並且配置24小時專屬禮賓秘書，可協助訂熱門演唱會門票、高端餐廳或安排客製化行程。若在2026年1月底前訂閱，首年還享有月費新台幣13800元的早鳥優惠。 台灣大助攻出海，MyCharge營收翻4倍 林之晨強調，USPACE的快速成長驗證了台灣大「超5G」戰略中GSEA (大東南亞) 佈局的成效。USPACE目前已成功併購日本軒先 (Nokisaki)，並且投資泰國 JORDSABUY與印尼Soul Parking，未來計畫將這套整合「停車、充電、共享」的解決方案輸出國際。 另一方面，台灣大自家的MyCharge充電服務也表現亮眼。近一年營收成長4倍，全台建置超過100座站點、550支充電樁，並且已串接LINE GO與LUXGEN車聯網系統，讓車主能享受「隨插即充」的便利體驗。 分析觀點：移動服務的「VIP化」 筆者認為，USPACE Premium的推出，標誌著台灣的移動服務市場正從「比便宜」走向「比尊榮」。 過去停車App多半在打價格戰，但對於高頻率用車的高端客群來說，「確定有位子」與「省去瑣碎處理時間」才是痛點。USPACE透過訂閱制，將停車、洗車、代駕等零碎服務打包，甚至加入類似運通黑卡的禮賓服務，這在台灣是相當創新的嘗試。 此外，台灣大商務長林東閔透露將把MyVideo等OTT內容整合進電動車娛樂系統，這也暗示了未來的「移動生活」，將不再只是把車停好，而是如何在車上、在等待充電的過程中，提供更豐富的數位體驗。這正是電信商介入移動市場的最大優勢所在。
