I based Tenna's decapitated head on the chapter 3 concept art Toby realized a while back. I even used it as a ref. As for giving Ray a coat cape, it makes him more authoritative, ruthless, and even more full of himself.

I was thinking, considering that the actual third chapter was released, how would the fan made version be effected by it. And how would I implement it, especially the Vision Crew version of it. And I came up with an idea or headcanon. What if Ant Tenna was VC Tenna's older brother, think about it Tenna is supposed to represnt the tv itself, but there are more than just one component, VC Tenna could be cable network and Ann would be it's remote. I think it would be an interesting reference. How would they interact, it would be a disfunction sibling relationship, what would lead to VC Tenna overthrowing Ant. Seeing that Ant is "old news" and refuses to adapt. Headcanon names. Left to right. Ned Werk Tenna. Anton "Ant" Tenna. Ann Tenna.
