Confirming its belonging to the Lille (flower) ward of Tallinn's Lilleküla (flower-village) district, a decorative floral art/display (flower-boxes arranged into a 3-tier structure sitting atop 4 bicycles wheels) in front of a well-kept garden in Vaarika.

A garden left pretty much to it own devices and covered with wild flowers in Vaarika, Tallinn.
