Rain Can't Dampen Transylvanian Spirit On our trip through Transylvania, Romania, we stayed at a B&B in Miercurea Ciuc. We explored nearby villages. It was raining at Văcărești just as the school was out, and the kids were waiting for the school bus. I could not verbally communicate with the kids, but there is no need to. They say a stranger with a camera, I encouraged them to have some fun.
