I spotted a whole box of apples, free by the side of the road, doing the #ValeOfYork on Sunday - sadly, they were 1k in to the 10k route, so I didn't take any!
A misty forest in winter. The trees are bare and skeletal, the floor carpeted with brown leaves.
An opening betwixt two bare wintry trees, the field beyond disappears rapidly in the fog.
A view across a foggy garden, the ghostly shadow of a ruined castle can just be seen through the mist in the distance.
A ghostly sun penetrates the fog over a field of grass. Bare bushes form a distant boundary.
'twas a fine scenic day for riding my bike out into the local countryside ^_^
