Today is testing day, so it's time to dust off the Valve Index and see how much VR on Linux has improved since the last time I tried (it was underwhelming). With the Steam Frame on the horizon, I'm kind of excited to see the progress.

this was a fun one to design: a #3dprinted adapter meant for hanging my #BigscreenBeyond on the VRGEVR wall mount that used to hold my #ValveIndex. the two halves are printed with opposite directions for "up" and slot together with a friction fit

Life got in the way, but I am thinking about going back to this project soon.
Recently got some other controllers with broken touch sensors, so I might be able to use those and get some new hi-res scans for both left and right controller. #vr #valveindex
