In mehreren Fällen mussten junge Konsumenten ärztlich behandelt werden. In Regensburg kollabierte kürzlich ein 18-Jähriger nach einem Zug an einer befüllten E-Zigarette. In Nürnberg wurde vor Kurzem eine 13-Jährige nach dem Konsum eines entsprechend befüllten Vape-Geräts in eine Klinik eingeliefert. Anfang März 2026 wurden mehrere Tatverdächtige in Bayern festgenommen, denen der Verkauf der gefährlichen Substanzen an Minderjährige vorgeworfen wird. Die gesundheitlichen Folgen sind schwer absehbar und reichen von Schlafdrang und Halluzinationen über Herzrasen und Bluthochdruck bis zu Krampfanfällen und psychotischen Zuständen. In schweren Fällen kann der Konsum lebensbedrohlich sein. Ende Februar 2026 wurden in Schwandorf zwei Männer tot aufgefunden. Bayerische Ermittlungsbehörden prüfen einen möglichen Zusammenhang. Auch rechtlich drohen Konsequenzen: Die Stoffe unterliegen in Deutschland dem Betäubungsmittelgesetz. Handel und Konsum können Geldstrafen, Ermittlungsverfahren oder den Entzug der Fahrerlaubnis nach sich ziehen. Zudem ist der Konsum von E-Zigaretten erst ab 18 Jahren erlaubt. Suchtberatungsstellen weisen auf die Bedeutung offener Gespräche in Familien hin. Jugendliche sind oft neugierig und experimentierfreudig, haben jedoch noch kein ausgeprägtes Risikobewusstsein. Eltern wird empfohlen, ihre Kinder frühzeitig über die Gefahren von Drogenkonsum aufzuklären und bei auffälligen Symptomen rasch ärztliche Hilfe aufzusuchen.

20. März 2026 – In Bayern kommt es derzeit vermehrt zu medizinischen Notfällen durch den Konsum sogenannter „Baller-Liquids“, die auch als „Zombie-Liquids“ oder „Görke“ bekannt sind. Dabei handelt es sich um chemisch veränderte Flüssigkeiten für E-Zigaretten mit synthetischen Cannabinoiden. #Vape
