So, #kdenlive is a learning curve! Going from 12 years of #vegaspro to this is an adjustment! I'm sure it'll all click in time but my muscle memory is doing all the wrong things currently! Good bit of software mind you!

The #videoediting program I use is #VegasPro 19, and I don't do professional editing. The only videos I do are gaming videos aka SMii7Y, VanossGaming, Jacksepticeye etc. In other words, not a lot of heavy editing. Just gameplay, music/sound effects/voiceover, and a reaction clip here and there. 3/4

All this talk about the latest #Windows11 update messing some SSDs, it's making me wonder whether learning about #Linux and finding a #VegasPro alternative for it is even worth it. I have ZERO experience with Linux, and I've been using Vegas Pro for video editing for a few years.

I use Vegas Pro since I know this software the best.
Just messing around in Vegas Pro and figured I’d show a bit of the process. I cut and compile every clip myself before layering in text and effects. If you look closely, you might catch a hint at the next Anime Explained short.

So, I've been going down the #Linux path today, learning about what it does, and that certain programs can't run on it. One of those programs for me is #VegasPro. From what I know, Vegas isn't compatible with Linux, and the process to try to get it to work sounds tedious and not worth it at all. 1/2
