It depends who it is. If it’s someone Vesimeil doesn’t like he‘ll stoically stand with a blank face quietly seething, asking sarcastically ‘you done?’ But if it’s Astarion, he’ll stand there quietly smiling lovingly the whole time & the ‘you done‘ is said with fondness.

#tavqotd Vesimeil was created in 2022 for a now defunct d&d campaign. He’s nothing like the original design (tried & failed to recreate original) & has a different backstory. The only thing that stayed the same was his name & his personality. Durge is another story.

I’ve always thought of Vesimeil as the type of dog who is fiercely loyal & protective of family & loved ones while Astarion is a more stand offish cat that takes time to warm up to you but when he does is nothing but affection. They shouldn’t work as a couple, but they do.

From the very first night Vesimeil has helped prepare meals with Gale. Vesimeil knows how to make something from very little & with basic tools he even teaches Gale a few new tricks. Once they get to Baldur’s Gate the two have fun creating more elaborate dishes together.

Vesimeil & Bella would butt heads every so often since he’s more chaotic good leaning & he too is also a natural leader. Overall though he would respect her, her opinions, her ideas & of course her religious views. He would definitely consider Bella a friend very quickly.

Most definitely Aradin. Vesimeil did punch him & then when the human came too he called him a half breed before running off. An old hurt for Vesimeil that Astarion picked up on & dealt with by shooting an arrow into the hateful human’s back.

Vesimeil holds it in. His grandfather painfully taught him emotions were weakness. He still feels very deeply but he hides those emotions away. If he cries it’s quietly & in private. He does begin to open up more with Astarion & his friends.
