I am watching an episode where they are releasing orphaned moose calves into the wild after they're big enough to fend for themselves, and it's nice to watch people do a thing that makes the world just a little bit better.

dr k's exotic animal ER is amazing because:
a) the vets will never report illegal animals bc if they did that people would stop bringing the animals in and they would not get care;
b) they are in florida
like the first case in this ep is a kangaroo pregnancy check

I am kind of loling about this show bc it is about a low-cost practice (dr. jeff's) and their policy is 100% spay/neuter.

I totally get where they're coming from, it's just kinda funny
the ER show reminded me that there are also vet shows out there and even some I haven't watched before.
