#VISAA Girls Soccer Division III QF: No. 1 Eastern Mennonite 8, No. 8 Carlisle 0. Martha Wyse with four goals and an assist to lead the Flames while Bri Showalter had two goals and an assist and Gia Gredler and Carolina Graves added a goal apiece. EMS headed to the state semis.

The #VISAA Division III quarterfinal between No. 1 Eastern Mennonite and No. 8 Carlisle will now take place on Thursday at 3:15 p.m. in Harrisonburg. The semifinals have been pushed to Saturday while the championship is now expected to take place on Tuesday, May 20.

#VISAA Baseball Final: Eastern Mennonite 11, Roanoke Catholic 1. Luke Stoltzfus went 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIs at the plate and also pitched 4 2/3 innings, giving up a run on five hits and a walk while striking out 10 for the Flames. Chaysen Curry added three hits for EMS.
