I can't stress enough how grateful I am for our #VisionsAndWhispersDnD party 🥺🙏 bc even after my silly warlock with a bleeding heart steered the party into a fight against 2 displacer beasts just to save a wounded blink dog, nobody was mad at him for doing so and that means a lot to both of us ;;;

My players survived, they rescued the blink dog, the Cleric and Paladin were scarily efficient, the Fighter carried the very long dog to safety, Warlock and Druid aced Animal Handling and "my" micro griffin and the war horse were so fun to play 🙏💚

Managed to transcribe my #VisionsandWhispersDnD notes today, cut out the pieces for Lambert's shirt (with much help from Elf ❤️), managed to sew two longer seams by hand already and finished the book I was reading 🥹 so all things I wanted to get done, are done

A sweet soul and anxious mess 🙏 that got himself into a pact with a being neither him nor me know a lot of 8)
After what happened to him he rarely talks and relies on sign language to communicate

Session Zero 2.0 is done ✨

We took a while to talk everything through. It's so important to me to do right by my players so they and I feel safe, even and especially if their characters are anything but safe 😏
