Today Rebecca Williamson (falls nurse),Emma Ramsdale (dementia nurse) and I went out on wards of Royal Oldham Hospital to talk to staff about delirium.
This afternoon I diagnosed a patient with delirium which enabled diagnosis of cause to be made and treatment started.
