Die Sonne steht tief am Horizont über einem ruhigen Meer und taucht den Himmel in warme Orange- und Gelbtöne. Im Vordergrund sind mehrere Gebäude mit hellen Fassaden und dunklen Dächern zu sehen. Ein großer Baum steht zwischen den Häusern und einem Yachthafen, in dem mehrere Boote an den Stegen liegen. Die Wasseroberfläche spiegelt das Licht des Sonnenaufgangs wider.
